This position will require expertise from both Branding and Marketing. The person will be set in such a position where s/he will deal with end-to-end product branding and marketing support for the business and communicate to the parent company for the availability of the product. This position also requires traveling to various shipyards and power plants across the country.


š‰šØš› š‘šžš¬š©šØš§š¬š¢š›š¢š„š¢š­š¢šžš¬

Prepare a quarterly strategic plan and product branding plan.

Generation of ideas to change/ improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.

Arrange brand activation programs, monitor competitor's products, sales, and marketing activities; establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional material, and events.

Generate ideas and performing activities for creating brand awareness.

Monitor competitors' branding activities and perform brand protection activities.

Prepare an annual branding activity plan for a different segment of products.

š‰šØš› š‘šžšŖš®š¢š«šžš¦šžš§š­š¬:

  1. Five (5) years of experience in a similar role in Bank/NBFIs, or relevant fields.
  2. Good command over written and oral communication skills in English with positive mind-set.
  3. Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office and other basic operations of the computer.
  4. Self-driven and innovative leadership attitude.
  5. Strong brand communicating skills with drafting and maintenance of long-term branding strategies/policies.
  6. Good planning and organization skills.
  7. The ability to work under pressure.
  8. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
